Our Purpose

The Aeronautical Center Employees Association (commonly referred to as the EA) is a non-profit organization located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) created to:

  • Promote moral, recreational, social and educational opportunities for the benefit of its members.
  • Arrange for discounts and/or the purchase of goods or services for the benefit of members.
  • Provide a practical method of developing leadership through service as a committee member or elected officer of this Association.

Our Membership Requirements

Membership is open to:

  • Federal and non-federal employees whose official work is performed at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. This includes federal employees, contractors, employees of tenant organizations and all support services on center. 
  • FAA employees located at offices in the Oklahoma City metro area that are not located on MMAC (FSDO, Will Rogers ATCT/TRACON, Wiley Post & Thomas Road Facility)
  • FAA retirees with at least 3 years active membership immediately prior to retirement
  • Students training at the FAA Academy 
  • National Weather Service employees permanently assigned to the OKC area

Our Funding

The EA is funded by annual membership dues and the operation of the EA Bookstore. With the funds raised, the EA is able to offer it’s members a variety of benefits. For a complete list, please visit the site linked below.

Our Location

The EA Bookstore and administrative office is located in Bldg. 14 (Academy HQ), Room 114.

The Aeronautical Center Employees Assoc. Bookstore is open 5 days per week at this time: Mon-Fri from 9am - 2pm. The store is closed all weekends and all government holidays.

We will ship online orders Mon-Fri (except on Federal holidays). Store hours are subject to change at any time. If you need to reach us, please call us at 405-954-2665 or email us at faaea@earthlink.net. We will make every effort to respond by the next business day (M-F).

You do NOT have to be an EA member or work at MMAC to purchase from the EA Bookstore. We will gladly ship orders to you (US addresses only - no international shipping).
