Refund policy
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or exchange. This may be done in-person at the store or by mail. Returns after the 30-day period will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Return for Refund
Online orders will include a Return Form with instructions. Simply fill it out and return it along with the merchandise to the address listed on the form. Please be sure to include a daytime phone number and/or email in case we have any questions. We suggest using a method of shipment that can be tracked to verify delivery. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund to the same form of payment used on the original order. You will receive an email once the refund has been issued. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for a refund to appear on your account.
Note: If your order arrived broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at (405) 954-2665 or faaea@earthlink.net. We’ll be happy assist you with a replacement and there is usually no need to return the damaged item. However, we may ask you to take a picture of the item along with the packaging and forward it to us so we can determine whether it is a defective item or a packing issue. If we do want the item back, we will email you a prepaid label to return it.
For in-store purchases, please return the item along with a copy of the original receipt for a full refund. Returns without a receipt will be refunded at the lowest sale price within the previous 30-day period.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange rather than refund, you may contact us at (405) 954-2665 or faaea@earthlink.net to make sure the item you want is in stock. If it is an even exchange (same priced item but a different style/size/color), we will process the exchange and ship it to you with a prepaid label to return the unwanted item. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.
If the exchange is for a higher priced item, the difference will be charged before shipping the exchange item out. If the exchange is for a lower priced item, a refund will be issued once we receive the original item back. In either case, a prepaid label will be sent with the exchange shipment so you do not incur any additional shipping fees.
