Shipping policy

Your business is important to us, so we make every attempt to process orders in a timely manner.  Our store is not open on weekends or federal holidays so orders received on those days will be processed on the next business day. Typically, orders received before Noon CST on Monday-Friday, ship the same day. Orders received after Noon CST on Monday-Thursday are usually shipped the following day.  Orders received after Noon CST on Friday-Sunday are not processed until Monday morning (or Tuesday, if Monday is a federal holiday).

Most packages are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with an estimated delivery of 2-3 days.  Oversized or heavy packages may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and may take 5-7 days. We may adjust the shipping method and carrier as need arises.  Please see your shipping confirmation email for carrier and tracking information.

If any items are out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified prior to shipping. 

Note: Transit times are based on the number of business days after the ship date and do not include weekends or holidays. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  No refunds for shipping will be given due to delays beyond our control or that of our carriers (i.e. weather, pandemic, holiday rush, etc.)

Shipments are sent to US addresses only (including US territories). We do NOT ship internationally.

Each order is limited to one delivery address. Shipments to multiple addresses must be placed as separate orders and will incur separate shipping fees.

Backorders will ship as soon as products become available. You will be notified in advance if any items on your order are backordered and the estimated availability date. If that date is not acceptable, a refund will be given for that item plus any applicable shipping fees.
